Anthony presents a Bill on Hare Coursing

Yesterday, as part of my ongoing campaign to limit the practice, I was pleased to submit my Private Members' Bill on hare coursing to the House.  The Hares (Close Season) Bill is intended to create an offence of killing, injuring or taking hares at certain times of the year.
