Let's talk tax!

As taxation takes over column inches, debates in parliament, and conversations in our pubs and cafes, I wanted to get your views on the current tax situation across England.

As your MP and formerly both a member of the Treasury Select Committee and Chairman of the Conservative backbench Treasury Committee, I have long focused on crafting tax policies that encourage economic growth and ensure fairness.

I wanted to take this opportunity to hear what you have to say on tax-related issues. Your input is invaluable in shaping policies that reflect the needs and views of our community and our country. If you have two minutes, please scroll down to answer some questions about tax generally - if it should be raised or lowered, and if so, how!

Thank you for participating and contributing to this crucial discussion.
